Hard Rock Sofa started as a Dance Music trio in 2005 in their hometown of Smolensk (Russia) before becoming a very popular international Dance duo. These two guys are both DJs & producers, with a very unique sound, often quoted as "Russian House Music."
Since a few years, their tracks & remixes are supported and played by the best intenational DJs (Tietso, David Guetta, Pete Tong, Armin Van Buuren, Afrojack, Avicii & Swedish House Mafia to name a few).
During the last 7 years, Hard Rock Sofa released more than 30 singles and 80 remixes, all signed to major European & American EDM labels. They are used to occupy the top-selling charts from all leading music platforms.
In 2011, Hard Rock Sofa teamed up with anotehr Russian house band, Swanky Tunes. One of their most remarkable collaborations was the dance cover version of 'I Wanna Be Your Dog' by The Stooges, released by Sander Van Doorn on his label. The official video got more than 1 million views on Youtube.
In 2012, the guys released many big tracks ('Quasar' on Axtone records was one of their biggest releases, fully supposted by Swedish House Mafia) and were invtied to collaborate with more and more big names. Lately, they worked with David Guetta for Ludacris & Usher's hit single 'Rest Of My Life.' This last collaboration underlines their new status within the international EDM scene.
On the Deejaying side, Hard Rock Sofa are really on demand. They are touring Europe & US several times a year, performing in the greatest clubs and biggest festivals.
